How to earn D2Points

For your purchases, we calculate the amount of D2Points you earn based on your spending amount and User Rank level. For Silver and Gold users, you earn 30% of your spending. Platinum and Diamond users earn 40%, Centurion and Eternal users earn 50%.

Example when you spend $50.00:

Silver & Gold users: $50 x 30% = 15 D2Points

Platinum & Diamond users: $50 x 40% = 20 D2Points

Centurion & Eternal users: $50 x 50% = 25 D2Points

1. My D2Points balance is showing zero.

D2Points expire if your D2Points balance has no activity for 90 days. Visit our website and click on the "FREE Daily D2Point" button to keep your D2Points active.

2. I'm having trouble redeeming my D2Points with movies.

Visit our D2Points Exchange page to see which movies you'll be able to redeem. You'll see a clickable Exchange button if you have enough D2Points . Click this button and complete the exchange process. Once your exchange is complete, you'll be taken back to the D2Points Exchange page where you can enjoy unlimited streaming for 72 hours.

3. I'm having trouble streaming the movie.

Movies you redeem have a Play button instead of the Exchange button. Click this button to load the movie player. If you notice technical issues with your movie player, check to see if your Flash Player is up-to-date, or clear your cache and cookies and try again. Contact Us anytime if the issue persists.
